Don’t you just love how a little tweak can totally change a look. Like how the humble sofa is totally transformed into something more organic by using rounded square shapes in different sizes and colours. The cushions do look like pebbles to me!

After reading Hans Christian Anderson’s “Princess and the Pea” as a child, I remember putting a pea under my mattress to see if I could feel it when I lay myself on it. I was a little bummed when I couldn’t because it meant I wasn’t a princess. I’m sure I’m not the only girl who did that. This quirky multiple-mattress bed is a nod to the tale.

I’ve written on the sugary sweet (and ridiculously pink) bedroom collection called Romantic Princess last year. I revisited the collection again recently and found a few new favourites from the Princess Room collection.
So perfect for a girl’s room!

I like the brown and dusty pink combo.

Nearly devoid of pink but still very feminine.

Now I feel like I need to get me a parasol to match this lovely pink umbrella stand! Sidenote: Isn’t the frilly parasol the perfect accessory for a hime gyaru? :)
