Can’t stop staring at this weirdly beautiful killer heels from Alexander McQueen‘s Spring/Summer 2010 evolution-themed collection titled “Plato’s Atlantis” on Paris Fashion Week. Such an interesting shape.

Weird, unbelievable, beautiful shoes from Alexander McQueen Spring/Summer 2010 Women's collection Plato's Atlantis

Must be a back-breaking job for the models strutting on the catwalk in a pair of lobster claw shoes. If you ignore the heels, the shoes actually look like a pair of ballet slippers en pointe, but they can also look a bit like hooves. Very intriguing don’t you think?

Ick! Those make me sick to my stomach. They're pretty on an aesthetic level, but on people - wicked torture devices.
